Accepting New Patients
Peoria Dental Care is currently accepting new patients. Please call 309-688-0121 to schedule an appointment.
Once an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you. If you need to reschedule, please call as soon as possible so the team can help you find another appointment time.
Dental Emergencies
If you have a dental emergency or are in severe pain, call the office and the team will work to see you as soon as possible.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
To help provide prompt care, please bring the following items to your initial visit:
- Insurance information or insurance card, if applicable
- Photo identification
- Any medical records that may pertain to your visit
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so any needed paperwork can be completed securely at the office.
Insurance
If you have dental insurance, please bring your most current information with you. The staff will work to help you receive the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. This includes copayments, deductibles, and any amounts not covered by insurance.
For convenience, the office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.
