About Our Dental Practice
Peoria Dental Care brings a whole new level of care to the field of dentistry. For over 25 years, our team has been providing the Peoria community with a relaxing environment at our state-of-the-art dental facility. Our friendly office staff welcomes patients right away, and our dentists genuinely care about maintaining each patient’s dental care. Our commitment to providing the highest quality general and cosmetic dental care in Peoria, IL, is the basis of all we do at our dental practice.
What sets our practice apart is our focus on Total Wellness. All aspects of our treatments are performed using the latest technologies, including laser dentistry and procedures such as Pinhole® Gum Rejuvenation. With a broader spectrum of dentistry, our entire dental staff builds upon the concept of complete dentistry to include the health of the whole body.

Meet Our Dentists
Dr. Rob Wynn began practicing dentistry about 30 years ago in the Peoria area. In 2012, Dr. Micah Roberts joined the practice, and the two formed Peoria Dental Care. They want to to see patients’ lives changed through comprehensive, esthetic, and mechanical dentistry. Whether making small or large improvements, our dentists desire to give patients their best smile and a functioning dentition that lasts.
Our dentists are Scholars of The Dawson Academy, members of The Pinhole Academy, members of the International Affiliation of Tongue-tie Professionals, and faculty for the OSF Hospital residency program. Dr. Wynn is also a member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH).
Dr. Rob Wynn
Since graduating in 1989 from Southern Illinois University, Dr. Wynn has been in private practice and owner of his own dental practice. His passion has always been to offer complete dental care to all patients and to treat people with the same kindness and care he would expect for himself or his family. This focus has now evolved from single-tooth dentistry to a philosophy of complete care and total wellness. In preparation for this style of comprehensive oral medicine and wellness care for patients, Dr. Wynn has attended hundreds of hours of both medical and dental continuing education courses, including:

Dr. Wynn’s dedication to learning is important to his care for patients because it allows him greater knowledge to operate his practice with expert skills and better care for his patients’ overall health.
Dr. Micah Roberts
Dr. Roberts was raised in Peoria and is a proud graduate of Peoria Christian High School. He went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Bradley University, where he majored in Chemistry and minored in Biology and Religious Studies. Dr. Roberts earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Dr. Roberts dental education has continued having completed many hours of continuing education courses, including:

Dr. Alexander Boerckel
Introducing Dr. Alexander Boerckel D.M.D. Dr. Boerckel is originally from Peoria and is a Dunlap High School graduate. Dr. Alexander continued his education at Truman State University for his undergraduate degree and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at SIU. He served 3 years at Dyess Air Force base as a general dentist. Dr. Boerckel is proud to be back in his hometown to help give back to the community by providing excellent care and patient education.
